RETURN POLICY

Online shopping has a statutory 14 right of return. The order of the product can be canceled if the ordered goods have not yet been dispatched. Returns will be made by mail or directly to Agricolankatu 7 from Monday to Friday from 1 pm to 4 pm. 

 

If the item is damaged, or the received item was incorrect, please email us within seven (7) days of the date your order is received at info@tngl.fi and provide your name, order number, description of the issue and please attach a photograph of the incorrect or damaged item received. 

If your order qualifies for a return or exchange once we receive the item(s), we will ship out the correct or replacement item(s) as soon as possible. If the item(s) are out of stock, we will ship them to you as soon as the inventory is restocked.
