At Tngl, we believe in promoting Empathy, Empowerment, and Humanity. We aspire to achieve these values by working out on brainstorming practical exercises. To clearly understand how these exercises would look, we have crafted well-versed exercises that will demonstrate the techniques on how to achieve values by constant practice and guidance of implementation.
Tngl provides exercises that focus on abiding social values like Confidence, Active-listening, Empathy, Public speaking, Empowerment, leadership, etc.
Tngl provides access to the general public as well as the paid members through organizing workshops. Practical Workshops aim to provide real-life experiences to learners of the lessons they have learned. The workshops could be held by physical participation or virtual.
Currently, Tngl has planned 2 types of workshops that are mentioned below.
Tngl offers everyone, whether member or non-members, to communicate and learn from like-minded people through workshops. This will be open to anyone and everyone. There will be a specified topic to discuss in the workshops, the specified number of participants, and the workshop’s language will be specified beforehand. Tngl will prepare the workshop’s agenda and distribute the materials to furnish a precise purpose for it.
This workshop is exclusively limited to corporate members only. This workshop will be beneficial to the organization members who wish to advance their learning which will give an edge for the advancement of their skills. The organization’s members will set the topic, the number of participants, the language, and Tngl will provide them with the workshop’s material and agenda for better understanding. An organization package will be offered by Tngl, which will have access to organize content for up-to 5 private workshops annually.
Tngl provides a space for members and organizations to hold their workshops exclusively for their purposes. It can be a public workshop or private workshops. They will decide the topic, the number of participants, and the language. Meanwhile, Tngl will provide the agenda and material for assisting in these workshops.
Tngl will prepare a workshop calendar as per the requirements. The calendar will be prepared yearly. Each month will have a unique and customized workshop theme. This will help the members and non-members to have precision about the agenda of the workshop.
Tngl specializes in offering creative events to its members. The idea behind creating events is to come forward behind the screens, open up in front of everyone and reflect on who we really are. Tngl’s events are organized to do activities collectively and spread empowerment among its members.

Books are important teachers for any individual. They teach us emotions, experience, empathy and enhance our leadership vocabulary. To inculcate the habit of reading, Tngl has planned to organize book clubs for its members every month. In this club, a book will be selected to have been read by every member of the club. On the completion of the book, discussion groups will be set up. This will prompt the readers to understand the book’s concepts better and ignite more inspiration thought about leadership and life. Most importantly, it can also create better-personalized relations among the members.
The Leadership Week
Tngl will hold The Leadership Week once every year. For the company participation, Tngl as the host of the leadership week will provide the venue, logistics, guidelines, and platform to promote those companies who are willing to share and contribute to the leadership culture. The participation is based on sponsoring the event or building a business partnership with Tngl. For the individual participants, the Leadership Week event is specialized for people who wish to gain insights from renowned leaders in the leadership industry and share ideas with each other. Tngl will organize this specified week wholly for the purpose of connecting, collaborating, and contemplating with leaders. The renowned leaders will be invited to collaborate with Tngl, where they will share the industry’s overview and tips and provide insights for event participants to help them become the next generation leader. This event will be highly informative for those who wish to pursue their careers in leadership. Not limited to the interest of career-driven leaders, this event will be
helpful for anyone who wishes to stand out and create a unique identity in this competitive world.
Tngl will plan series of webinars for the subscribed members. Webinars are highly appreciated by the audience these days. It is one of the most efficient mediums to ask and share personal queries under the pandemic’s current situation. It most likely will be the trend in the future. Tngl’s webinar would help the members as it will give a platform to ask their queries, share their experiences, and become aware of the recent trends quickly. Due to the video-based model of webinars, it is likely to
develop personal relationships which would give confidence to the members to participate fearlessly and motivating.

Visuals content teaching format is leading the eLearning platform. It has been proven that a normal human being retains information more from visual content than written content. This prompted Tngl to create videos and documentaries to enhance the user-learning experience. Tngl offers its videos and documentaries services in the following ways:
Interviews & Documentaries
Tngl creates the persona for interviews in video format. For every interview, a renowned leader will be invited for an interview. A script will be prepared regarding the most frequently asked questions, and the detailed answers will be recorded into videos which will be split into different short episodes. This will create a series on a particular topic just like the youth prefer to see on Netflix.
Tngl is planning a leadership coaching program which will be discussed in detail later on. The coaching will be video-oriented, helping the learners contemplate deeply about the concept and basics. The coaching videos will be based upon social values like leadership, empathy, togetherness, active listening, humanity, empowerment, etc. The basic motive for creating video lectures will be based on creating awareness among students, employees, organizations, parents, etc., for guiding them to become the better version of themselves. This video coaching will influence the viewers regarding social aspects of their life.

Tngl’s Leadership Coaching program
Tngl’s leadership coaching program is for those who wish to create an impact in society, who yearns for the betterment of individuals, and who can constantly learn and practice.
We will offer coaching and training programs by certified speakers who have years of hands-on experience in leadership. They will escort and shape future leaders with meticulous direction, interactive learning, and experience-oriented lessons.
Kids Leadership Program
Tngl has a plan to expand its services to enhance the social learning of adults as well as Kids. Tngl believes that a leadership mindset can be nurtured, and it’s important to start young. The Kids Leadership program will focus on growing and developing the leadership mindset, including confidence, creativity, problem-solving, communications, and critical thinking. The program will help kids to set up goals and to feel able to identify an opportunity with moving confidentiality toward it.
The program will help young people in the future regardless of whether they work for themselves in their own business or if they work for an employer; what they need is a strong set of leadership skills that will enable them to be successful. And leadership skills are critical to success and rapidly changing the world.
